The petitioner is accused in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 297 of 2014 registered under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code is added.

Submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Munna Kumar and Sangita Devi, step mother of the petitioner. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused, Rahul Kumar, whose name has been disclosed by Munna Kumar and Sangita Devi, has already been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17843 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 granted privilege of bail by a bench of this Court vide order dated 10.11.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 32670 of 2015. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.02.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad P.S.
