The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim alleged that the petitioner kidnapped his minor daughter but the victim in her statement under section 164 of the Cr. P.C. disclosed that she went along with petitioner as the petitioner assured her to marry. The victim did not complain any ill-treatment at the hands of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is in jail since 03.03.2015, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Birpur P.S. Case No. 12/2015.
