Having regard to the short grievance raised by the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Falka, District-Katihar under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 (hereinafter to be referred as the 'Act 1956') by filing appropriate complaint within a period of four weeks from today and in case such a
