This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 323, 324, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the allegation that the petitioner has fired which hit the injured causing injury, this is not a fit case
