====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

According to F.I.R., unknown persons fired causing injury at the leg and hand. During investigation, the petitioner was arrested by the police and his confessional statement was extracted.

Considering the nature of allegation and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019, with following conditions:

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3425 of 2021(5) dt.05-07-2021 2/2 (a) Since the petitioner has got a long list of criminal antecedent, both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
