The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offences punishable under section 392 of the I.P.C The prosecution story, in brief, is that when the informant began to open his shop four unknown persons came there on two motorcycle and they started fleeing away by snatching his bag in which there was half kilogram silver and 100 gram gold and cash of Rs. 12,300/-. The informant noted the number of their vehicle also.
On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 17.3.2015. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. nor he has been put on T.I. parade to ascertain
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26767 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 his implication in the present case.
On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner's name has come in course of investigation. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sharad Chandra Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Nawadah in Roh P.S.
