This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 03.08.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions JudgeXV, Bhojpur at Ara in Cr. Rev. No. 98 of 2020 by which the petitioner has affirmed the order dated 12.06.2020 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar Ara at Bhojpur in Case No. 9 of 2019 whereby learned Magistrate has dropped the proceeding of under Section 147 of Cr.PC.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58631 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2023 2/2 It appears that the dispute between the parties cannot be settled in a summery proceeding under Section 147 of Cr.PC as learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to point any irregularity in the impugned order.
