2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 103 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2023 and there is recovery of about 16 litres of country made liquor from his possession and he has three similar criminal antecedents.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge-I, Excise, Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 103 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Hulasganj Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
