2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 420, 354(c) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(C), 66(D), 66(E) of the Information Technology Act.
3. It is alleged that co-accused Anuj Singh committed rape with the niece of informant. Petitioner is sister of coaccused Anuj Singh.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation is against co-accused Anuj Singh and petitioner has been made accused in this case merely because she happens to be sister of co-accused Anuj Singh. Petitioner is a lady and has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the backdrop of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Cyber P. S. Case No. 19 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
