JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 30.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 326(A), 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on the order of this petitioner, co-accused Mehadi Hassan threw acid like liquid on the body of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of throwing the acid is not against the petitioner and the injury has been found to be simple. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
