The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No. 181 of 2017 for the offence registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with the liberty to approach the learned trial court for grant of regular bail. The permission is granted.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned trial court for grant of regular bail and it is further directed that in case the petitioner surrenders before the court below, his application for regular bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7991 of 2018 (3) dt.03-04-2018 2/2 shall be considered and disposed of on the same day considering the fact that the present case arises out of case and counter case and both the sides have received injuries.
