The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 822 of 2019 registered under Sections 147,148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to local dirty politics. The first information report is lodged after two days of the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that there is specific

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4896 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 allegation against one Nitesh Kumar. Nothing specific has been alleged against the petitioners. Further he contended that only one injury is found in the present case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-X, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.
