The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 17.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 36535 of 2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges against the petitioner have been framed on 25.03.2021 and the petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2020. Considering the submission aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48801 of 2022(2) dt.14-09-2022 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr. No. 197121 arising out of Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 622 of 2020, subject to the condition that if the learned court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner then in that event the learned court below shall forthwith cancel the bail bond of the petitioner by recording reasons.
