Mr. Pramanand Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 18-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 19.09.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6006 of 2016, whereby petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail. One of the conditions therein was that the petitioner would deposit Rs.12,00,000/- in favour of the National Seed Corporation within a period of three months.

It is contended that petitioner could not deposit the aforesaid amount Rs.12,00,000/- within the aforesaid period. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is ready to deposit the said amount within a further period of three months.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42 of 2018(2) dt.18-01-2018 2/2 Let the period of surrender and deposit of aforesaid amount of Rs.12,00,000/- in favour of the National Seed Corporation as per order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6006 of 2016 be extended by further three months from today.

The order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.6006 of 2016 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.

This application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations and directions.
