The petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.05.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. On the confession of co-accused Yasir Arafat leading to recovery of stolen motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not aware that the motorcycle is stolen one and Yasir Arafat has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 22345 of 2015.
A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26929 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Biroul at Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015.
