Diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2015 in connection with Neema Chandpura P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 323, 353, 33, 224 and 225 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act and Section 18/20 of Unlawful Activities (Preventon) Act.

Considering the fact that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R as part of the mob, no specific overt act has been attributed to him and further other similarly situated persons, namely, (i) Manoj Sada (ii) Babloo Sah (iii) Arun Sada (iv)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20263 of 2016 (3) dt.30-05-2016 2/2 Kapildeo Sada (v) Sarjan Sada (vi) Chalitter Sada and Shankar Sada, in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 15210 of 2016, vide order dated 23.05.2016 and one Yogendra Sada, in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 22606 of 2016, vide order dated 26.05.2016, have been granted the privilege of bail by this Court, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Neema Chandpura P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015.
