Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor anything appears to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial
