====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Malaypur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) and 30(d) of Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016 pending in the court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jamui. It is alleged in the written report that 3200 litres of Spirit has been recovered from a truck. Petitioner was found sitting in the cabin of truck.

Keeping in view the recovery of huge quantity of spirit from the truck, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45222 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 Prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. The petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months in the event no substantial process is made in the trial.
