JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2015 Both the above-said petitions arise out of Jandaha P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014 registered under Sections-395/397 of the Indian Penal Code and, accordingly, both the above-said petitions are being heard and disposed off by this common order. Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 17261 of 2015 was arrested in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17261 of 2015 (3) dt.23-06-2015 2/2 No. 191 of 2014 and made his confessional statement disclosing his involvement as well as the involvement of the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 26897 of 2015 in the present crime and it appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioners.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
