Petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 758 of 2019 arising out of Narpatganj (Basmatiya) P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the instant case total 22.800 liters of Nepali liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47834 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 16.6.2019.
Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Araria, in connection with Special Case No. 758/19 arising out of Narpatganj (Basmatiya) P.S.
