The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rupauli (Akbarpur) P.S. Case No. 146 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366, 364 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1066 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Rupauli (Akbarpur) P.S.
