This is an application for regular bail in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 189 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is father of the victim girl, who in his written complaint has alleged that his daughter Anjula Kumari aged 14 years is studying in Project School and had gone to the residence of his elder sister where she developed intimacy with petitioner and they were seen talking to each other on mobile. On 14.9.2012 his elder daughter informed that the accused had enticed his daughter Anjula Kumari for the purpose of marriage. Police has submitted chargesheet under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code and in medical report age of the girl has been

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P. S. Case No. 189 of 2012.
