The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondent authorities specially the respondent nos. 3 and 5 to take a decision on the complaint made by the petitioner relating to misappropriation of fund of government aided society "Bhartiya Vidyapith".

It is unfortunate that the petitioner has to approach the Patna High Court for such direction.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14454 of 2019(2) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 with a direction to the respondent nos. 3 and 5 to take a decision if any such representation/complaint of the petitioner is still pending before it and the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion within 8 weeks from today.

The writ petition stands dismissed with the aforesaid observation.
