Mr. SIR PRAMOD KUMAR PANDEY ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 635 of 2017 arising out of Gaurichak P. S. Case No. 34 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the father of the deceased who has alleged in his written complaint of committing murder of petitioner's husband and son of informant by strangulation. However, post mortem examination report does not support the allegation made in FIR and viscera has been sent to Forensic Science Laboratory for chemical examination to ascertain the cause of death of the deceased. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 23.2.2017. She has no criminal antecedent. Four sons were born from the said wedlock and these children is to be looked after by petitioner.

No.6891 of 2018(3) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Patna City, in connection with S. Tr. No. 635 of 2017 arising out of Gaurichak P. S. Case No. 34 of 2017.
