Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 413, 414, 393, 467, 468 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. Two motorcycles were allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2017. The petitioner is accused in seven criminal cases.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after six months from today, if the trial is not concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16907 of 2018 (2) dt.27-03-2018 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No.451 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
