The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 377 of 2020 registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. On perusal of Annexure nos. 2 and 3, it appears that the victim girl is a major and nothing has come against the petitioners in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. She specifically stated that she has married with one Raju Kumar on her own will. Further
