Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects, if any, within three weeks. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 511, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 307, 354B of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is no specific overt act against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49064 of 2022(2) dt.08-12-2022 2/2 the petitioners. He submits that occurrence took place on 19.03.2022 but the FIR has been lodged on 23.03.2022 after delay of 4 days. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioners. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioners along with other accused persons outraged the modesty of the informant. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 303 of 2022. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
