2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the order of petitioner no. 1, co-accused Sainik Kumar assaulted the informant with Tanguli causing head injury. Co-accused Saurabh Kumar snatched golden chain and cash of Rs. 6000/- from the pocket of informant.
4. It is submitted that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Sainik Kumar. So far as petitioners are
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49106 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 concerned, there is no allegation of assault. Allegation of snatching golden chain and cash is ornamental to make the case grave.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Govindganj P.S.
