2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 7895(C) of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the IPC and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

3. It has jointly been submitted that the matrimonial dispute between the parties has been compromised.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or
