The petitioner is said to have iron rod blow to the wife of the informant so as to causing the fracture of her hand. Submission is that it could be at best an offence under Section 325 of the Indian Penal Code.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S.Case No.47 of 2015 (G.R. No.1438 of 2015).
