2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent authorities for removal of illegal and unauthorized encroachment upon the public land.

3. The petitioner will prefer a representation before the Circle Officer, Suryagarha, Lakhisarai who will examine the matter and if the Circle Officer finds any encroachment on the land in question then he will initiate a proceeding under the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11109 of 2023(2) dt.02-12-2023 2/2 Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and he will dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order in accordance with law and after hearing all the concerned parties.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai through FAX and e-Mail for its compliance forthwith.
