The petitioners are in custody since 13.12.2017 in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 135 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise) Purnea in connection with Special Excise
