The petitioner is accused in connection with Begusarai Nagar P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is that Police received information regarding gathering of the miscreants in the market for committing heinous crime. Thereafter, a raid was conducted. At that time, one Sumo vehicle was seen. The person occupied seat in the Sumo started to flee away after seeing the Police force, out them four persons, including the petitioner, were apprehended. The petitioner was found in possession of one country made katta and two live cartridges.

No.19804 of 2016 (2) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, Veena Mishra, mother of the petitioner, had lodged a Complaint Case No. 1469 of 2015 on 24.04.2015 for the offences under Section 147, 148, 323, 504 and 386/34 of the I.P.C. against the informant of the present case, who is Police personnel, due to that reason, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only to teach the lesson. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 22.01.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Nagar P.S.
