Vide order dated 18.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62794 of 2021 the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail and directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but their bail bond was not accepted by the learned court below due to their wrong address. In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioners filed the instant modification petition stating that the correct address of the petitioners is "Both are resident of villageShivdhar Hata Kail, Kailgarh P.S.-Barhariya, DistrictSiwan"
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66783 of 2022(2) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 In that view of the matter, the order dated 18.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62794 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the address of the petitioners be read as "Both are resident of village-Shivdhar Hata Kail, Kailgarh P.S.-Barhariya, District-Siwan" and further four weeks time is granted to surrender before the learned court below.
Let the petitioners surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Barhariya P.S. Case No. 335 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned ACJM-III, Siwan and remaining parts of the said order shall remain intact. Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed.
