The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one loaded country-made pistol was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 1.10.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for ten months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
