The petitioner is accused in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 316 of 2015, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant by her husband and other in-laws of the deceased due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and husband of the deceased is in custody. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 23.08.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19763 of 2016 (2) dt.13-05-2016 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deep Nagar P.s. Case No. 316 of 2015.
