The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No.98 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of the co-accused Gandhi alias Gandhi Choudhary. Except that, there is nothing to show the involvement of the petitioner in the present case. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 04.04.2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19477 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No.98 of 2015. Out of the two sureties, one must be close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he/she is related with the petitioner.
