Petitioner is an accused in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to land dispute. It is further submitted that there is specific allegation against co-accused Birendra Ray and not against this petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.02.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bonds of Rs.
