2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Phulwari Sharif PS Case No. 330 of 2022 corresponding to Special Case No. 1841 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 30(c), 32(iii) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. 70 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from hut of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner or from his hut. Petitioner has got no concern with the seized liquor.

5. Learned APP however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent and three cases of similar nature are pending against

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
