It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 11.01.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S.Case No. 136 of 2015.
