The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "(A) For issuance of appropriate writ, writs, direction, directions in the nature of certiorari for quashing or set-aside the order dated - 03/03/2023 passed by the Learned Collector, Bhagalpur in Supply Appeal No - 222/2022-2023, 256/2021-2022 as contained in memo D.B. No.- 258 dated- 03/03/2023 by which dismissed the appeal of the appellant and confirmed the order dated -18/09/2019 of the learned Sub Divisional officer, Bhagalpur, in supply Case No. - 02/2019-20.

(B) For further kind indulgence of this Hon'ble court to

Patna High Court CWJC No.12267 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/3 look into the matter and the concerned respondents may be directed to produce all connected records for perusal of the same for passing on appropriate order.

(C) For any other relief/reliefs which the Hon'ble court may grant in the interest of the petitioner that may be deemed appropriate and necessary in this case."

Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy of filing a revision under Section 32(vi) of the Control Order 2016. The petitioner is directed to approach the Divisional Commissioner ventilating his grievance within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the revision, the Divisional Commissioner shall pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereof. It is needless to mention that before any order is passed, all the parties shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing and submit their objections. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks thereof. Any order passed
