2. With the consent of parties the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that for the relief as claimed for in the present writ application, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11969 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/3 petitioners have already filed a representation dated 13.05.2025 (Annexure-P/5) before the Municipal Commissioner, Bhagalpur Municipal Corporation, which continues to be pending. He submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is issued to the Municipal Commissioner, Bhagalpur Municipal Corporation (respondent no.6) to dispose of his pending representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

4. The aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners is not opposed by learned counsel appearing for the respondents-State as well as Bhagalpur Municipal Corporation, Bhagalpur.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ application is disposed of directing the Municipal Commissioner, Bhagalpur Municipal Corporation, Bhagalpur to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioners within six months from the date of production of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Needless to emphasize that the final order that shall be passed by the Municipal Commissioner, Bhagalpur should be a reasoned and speaking order.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of. Pending I.As, if any will be deemed to have been disposed of.
