JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Warsuriganj P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against this petitioner that he got released the loaded trucks which were seized and kept in Warisaliganj Police Station for the purpose of security on the basis of forged release order prepared and signed by the informant. They also got forged Bank Draft No. entered into in the release order which caused loss to the Government.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands

Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail.
