JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 04.02.2015 in connection with Nagar (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 25(1-B) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is alleged that from possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol was recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. As per allegation, one country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from possession

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26746 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 of the petitioner.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur, in connection with Nagar (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015.
