Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Karaiparshurai P.S. Case No.13 of 2017, registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no injury to anyone and merely on disclosure of some villagers, the name of this petitioner is disclosed, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.12.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Pappu Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
