The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No.221 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in course of occurrence, coaccused Upendra Chaupal and Suresh Chaupal caused injuries to the deceased through knife and 'Khanti' whereas this petitioner and her mother-in-law caused injuries to the deceased through 'Lathi'.

No.19327 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 accused Upendra Choupal and Suresh Choupal to cause injuries to the deceased through knife and 'Khanti' and, thereafter, this petitioner and her mother-in-law caused injuries to the deceased through 'Lathi' but on post-mortem examination of the dead body of the deceased, only two injuries were found on the person of the deceased. The petitioner is lady and having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 04.09.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani, in connection with Sessions Trial No.07 of 2016, arising out of Bisfi P.S. Case No.221 of 2015.
