The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 08.03.2016. He could not surrender on time, and therefore, the application was made in the District Court for extension of time but the same has been refused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had gone out of State for earning his livelihood and therefore, he could not surrender on time.

In the interest of justice, this application is allowed. The petitioner is directed to furnish the bail bond within four weeks from today.
