The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to give him benefit of pay scale of Rs. 4000-6000/-, which was notified by the District Magistrate, Madhepura vide letter dated vide letter dated 12.07.2011. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents on 14th January, 2015. In paragraph-7 of the aforesaid counter-affidavit it has been stated that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has already been paid an amount of Rs. 2,08, 812/- on 30.06.2014 vide two separate bills. In paragraph-10 of the aforesaid counter-affidavit it has further been stated that the benefit of the pay scales of Rs. 4000- 6000/- has also been paid to the petitioner. Therefore, according to the respondents, the grievances raised on behalf of the petitioner have been redressed.
