JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Three Gas Cylinders are said to have been recovered form conscious possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a vendor of Gas Agency and, as a matter of fact, seized cylinders are not the stolen property. Moreover, petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 17.03.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with
