The petitioner is accused in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.185/2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that the dead body of Pradeep Kumar Barnwal was recovered at the bank. Thereafter on the basis of written report of the informant Diwakar Prasad Barnwal, the son of the deceased, F.I.R was lodged showing suspicion against Ramashish Raut and Ranbir.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in course of investigation the petitioner who is one of the son of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19761 of 2016 (2) dt.12-05-2016 deceased and other brother of the informant have been implicated in this case by the Investigating Officer. Co-accused Prabhakar Barnwal, who is brother of the informant has already been allowed bail vide Cri. Misc. No. 4227 of 2016 dated 01.04.2016. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.12.2015.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jamui in connection Sono P.S.
